PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy Policy

The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. As such, Generate Holding LLC d/b/a JumpHawk ("JumpHawk") presents this statement to give our users a clear understanding of how we operate the Hawk Service, HawkSites, as well as our other Web-based services (collectively, the “Service”), what personal information we collect, and how we use your personal information. If you have any questions or concerns relating to privacy or security, please contact us at http://www.jumphawk.com/contact-us/. Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

What Information We Collect

To use the Service we will ask you to provide personal information to activate your account. By "personal information," we mean data that is unique to an individual, such as a name, address, e-mail address, company information (URL, monthly spend, site traffic), telephone number or credit card related information, as well as the username and password for your account. Otherwise, we will not collect personal information about you unless you provide us that information voluntarily. You may update or remove some of your personal information at any time by accessing our site and editing your account information; however, please note that if you remove or change any required information you may not be able to utilize the Service. In addition, you may provide other personal information that may be published on your HawkSite. If you desire to edit that information, please contact your customer service rep.

How We Use Information

Because we consider any personal information you give us as confidential, JumpHawk will not disclose to third parties any identifying personal information gathered from you, unless (a) we tell you how your information will be used, and you give JumpHawk permission to share this information, or (b) JumpHawk is required to disclose such information by any applicable law or legal process (like a subpoena or court order). There are three exceptions to this: (1) we share your account information with our third-party service partners when executing decisions you make through the use of the Service, as well as other partners which assist us in operating our websites, conducting our business, and/or providing the Service (so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential); (2) we may share financial and billing information to evaluate the credit status of potential users and to bill for the Service and for other administrative purposes; and (3) we may publish some of your personal information on your HawkSite.

JumpHawk does use information collected from you in an aggregate or compiled form. In other words, we combine the information with data collected from other companies and third-party tools and sites and perform analyses and other studies to produce anonymous, aggregated statistical information. JumpHawk owns all rights to this aggregate information and will use it to improve the products and services we offer, to conduct market research, to generate profiles and reports, to improve the overall experience of our site, and for any other purposes. Please note that we also may share this anonymous, aggregated information -- which does not identify individuals -- with partners, advertisers or other third parties.

In addition, we may use your personal information to contact you directly with questions about your account, to inform you about new features or offerings from JumpHawk, to send you reminders, to provide Service to you, or to ask you for your feedback on how we can improve our products and services.

Finally, if you use our referral service to tell a friend about the Service, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address, and the Service may send them an email or call them asking them to try the Service.

Security

JumpHawk utilizes generally-accepted security measures (such as encryption) to protect against the misuse or unauthorized disclosure of any personal information you submit to us. However, like other Internet sites, we cannot guarantee that it is completely secure from people who might attempt to evade security measures or intercept transmissions over the Internet. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password for the Service

Receiving Communications from JumpHawk

If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from JumpHawk, simply click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email sent to you by JumpHawk. Please note that this does not apply to emails from JumpHawk relating to billing, your account, or your normal use of the Service. You should know that opting-out or unsubscribing from the Service does not delete the personal information from our system or that may exist in backup or disaster-recovery files.

Cookies

Cookies are pieces of data stored on your computer's hard drive by a Web site. Cookies are an industry standard and used by most major Web sites to improve their services. In addition, the Service utilizes “tags” which you download from our site and which place cookies on the browsers of your users. This allows us to track your users’ online behavior (such as sites visited, page views, length of visit and clickstream data) and to determine if a user ultimately enters into a transaction. However, in so doing we will not collect any personally identifiable information. We recommend that you inform your users of these tags and cookies.

JumpHawk uses cookies for user convenience. The cookie will tell our system certain information so you don't have to fill in the same information each time you visit us and it also maintains sessions while using the Service. The Service can only read the cookies placed on your computer by us. We cannot access any information on your hard drive placed there by you or any other source.

Please note that JumpHawk may use third parties to assist us in measuring statistical information about users of the Service. Such parties may utilize cookies in such process, but in no event will they connect any individual user with personally identifiable information or share any such information with anyone else.

The cookie feature can be turned off on your browser. For more information on turning off the cookie feature, consult your browser "Help" section. If you choose to turn off cookies, you can no longer access the Service. In addition, you might have to "refuse" a cookie each time you encounter one searching the Service.

IP Addresses

An Internet Protocol (IP) address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider whenever you access the Internet. This number may be the same each time you access the Internet or it may change. Like other Internet sites, JumpHawk uses IP addresses to collect aggregate information about numbers of visitors and site usage. JumpHawk reserves the right to use IP addresses to identify individuals if (1) JumpHawk is required to disclose such information by any applicable law or legal process (like a subpoena or court order); or (2) JumpHawk is required to do so to protect the safety of the public or other users of the Service, to enforce the Terms of Use, or otherwise to protect our rights.
